From design support to sampling, production, and quality control — we manage every step with care and consistency.
Pattern Making
Based on your approved design and specifications, our pattern makers create accurate production patterns that define the shape, size, and structure of every plush component. This ensures standardized cutting and sewing while maintaining structural accuracy and production efficiency.
Embroidery & Printing
Following the approved sample and specifications, we apply embroidery and printing to facial features, logos, patterns, and other design details. Every process is carefully controlled to ensure accurate colors, clear details, and consistent quality throughout production.
Sewing
Following the approved sample and production specifications, each plush component is carefully sewn and assembled according to standardized manufacturing procedures. This ensures strong seams, accurate assembly, and consistent product quality.
Stuffing
Based on the approved sample and customer requirements, each plush toy is filled with the specified filling material and filling level. The stuffing process is carefully controlled to ensure the required softness, shape, weight, and consistency throughout production.
Quality Inspection
Following the approved sample and quality requirements, our QC team inspects each plush toy before packaging. We check appearance, stitching, dimensions, and overall workmanship to ensure every product meets the agreed standards. Any products that do not meet the requirements will be reworked and re-inspected before moving to the next stage.
Packing & Shipping
Following the agreed packaging requirements, we pack each plush toy according to the confirmed packaging method, including hang tags, logos, labels, and other branding details. After final verification, products are securely packed and prepared for shipment to ensure safe delivery during international transportation.
